Community leaders approved the construction of a 182-unit, 6-story wood-frame apartment that was designed by the award-winning team at Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects. The 301 required full CEQA studies and City Council Approval. VDC & Arrimus accomplished this re-entitlement in a 14 months timeframe. The property is now fully leased and occupied.
