Heritage Village is located on an 18.9 acre site in Santa Ana, California and was approved by City Council in March 2016. JV with Related's Opportunity Fund. Community leaders voiced their strong support for this truly mixed-use project, which will include 1,221 residential units, 18,000 SF of commercial space and over 56,000 SF of office space. The project required full CEQA studies, a General Plan Amendment and zone change. The team completed the entitlement effort in a 16-month time-frame. The project, upon completion, will be the largest contiguous residential mixed-use project in Orange County. The property is under construction.


The 301

301 Jeannette Lane, Santa Ana, CA 92705

The 301 is situated on a 2 acre parcel located in Santa Ana, CA. VDC & Arrimus successfully negotiated the re-entitlement of an existing development agreement, which called for a 396-unit high-rise. Community leaders approved the construction of a 182-unit, 6-story wood-frame apartment that was designed by the award-winning team at Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects. The 301 required full CEQA studies and City Council Approval. VDC & Arrimus accomplished this re-entitlement in a 14 months timeframe. The property is now fully leased and occupied.
